Please note that all QVIS Monitoring alarm sites that require QVIS to order the hardware from the alarm communicator suppliers will be invoiced in full for the first 12 months of monitoring based on the specific cost of that hardware’s annual subscription for Year 1. After which the monitoring costs will then be invoiced on a monthly basis by direct debit as of the 13th month directly by the ARC’s Sentinel system until the site is decommissioned. Any site commissioning’s that do not require hardware to be ordered by QVIS Monitoring are a site transfer or recommissioning with existing hardware will be invoiced monthly by direct debit from the date of site commissioning.
